1. Appointments and cancellations:

1.1. In the event of missed appointments or appointments not cancelled in time, a fee of 50% of the agreed treatment price will be charged.

1.2 Cancellations or rescheduling must be communicated at least 24 hours before the agreed appointment.

2. Terms of payment:

2.1. For training courses, payment is due 50% in advance and 50% on the day of training.

2.2. Payment is made in Swiss francs (CHF) and can be made by bank transfer or in cash.

3. Disclaimer:

3.1 Diana Brows assumes no liability for damages, injuries or consequences that occur after proper treatment.

3.2. The customer is aware that each treatment may vary from individual to individual and accepts the risks associated with cosmetic treatments.

4. Intellectual Property:

4.1 Any training materials or content provided by Diana Brows are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced, distributed or published without prior written permission.

4.2 The distribution or reproduction of digital products provided by Diana Brows is strictly prohibited and will be considered a violation of copyright law. Any attempt to distribute digital content, whether by copying, distributing, selling or otherwise forwarding it without the express written permission of Diana Brows, will result in legal consequences. These may include a fine and the initiation of legal action and reports against the violator. Diana Brows reserves the right to take legal action against any unauthorized use or distribution of its digital products in order to protect its intellectual property rights.

5. Place of jurisdiction and applicable law:

5.1 Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be governed exclusively by the law of the Swiss Confederation.
5.2. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is the registered office of Diana Brows, if legally permissible.
